Has my order shipped?
We ship same or next day unless we are backordered. If backordered you will be notified ASAP by phone or email. As we are the leading wholesaler/retailer for AlkaViva, it is most unusual to be out of stock.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Go to the Shopping Cart then click on the "View Cart" link near the top of the page to view orders you have placed. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

How do I track my order?
We ship by UPS unless you specify otherwise. You will be sent a UPS tracking number by email, usually one day after ordering. If your order has not arrived in 5 shopping days then you are welcome to contact Customer Service at Toll Free 800-875-9025. In the USA, we ship from both the east and west coasts.

My order never arrived.
You can click on your UPS number to track your order status. If your package shows a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance. If you never received a receipt by email then also please contact customer service.

An item is missing from my shipment.
If you received more than one tracking number then see if part of your order is in another package, not yet delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

When will my backorder arrive?
If an item is on backorder you will be notified ASAP and the item will be shipped out as soon as it is in stock.
